How to give volume and body to fine hair?

< Back

Hair that is too fine is a problem to manage, because often, haircuts and hairstyles "don't pay off" and styling last just a moment.
What's more, fine hair is more vulnerable, capturing static electricity more easily, not to mention its propensity to break and create the dreaded split ends, which in some cases even become triple!

What not to do
• Chemical and aggressive treatments such as: dyeing, bleaching, perms, extensions, straightening;
• Prolonged exposure to the sun;
• Thermal shocks (hot water in the shower, hair dryer too hot and too close, irons, etc.).

What to do
A diet rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals can certainly help. In particular, iron, copper and zinc are the most useful minerals to boost the strength of your hair: you can also choose to use food supplements.
At the end of the shower, gently towel dry your hair with a microfibre towel, then wrap another terry towel around your head like a turban, to make sure it absorbs excess moisture. This way you will need less hair dryer time. Speaking of which, a useful tip is to alternate hot air with cold air, and finish drying with a jet of cold air.

The Cielo Alto Filler Line is based on two active ingredients that can restore vitality and energy to the hair: Goji Berries and Keratin. It is a plumping filler program whose goal is to thicken the hair, which visibly increases in body and tone.
